By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

  1. Physical Products (Hardware & Accessories)

✅ Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for physical products if:

    • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied
    • The request is made within 7 days of delivery
    • The product is unused and in original packaging (unless damaged in transit)

❌ Non-Returnable Items

    • Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation
    • Items with missing accessories or altered serial numbers
    • Products returned after the allowed return period

🔄 Return Process

To request a return:

    2. Include your order number, issue description, and clear photos/videos
    3. Our team will review and provide return instructions

Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the issue is due to our error.

  1. Digital Products & Services

❌ No Returns for Digital Goods

Due to the nature of digital products:

    • Digital goods are non-refundable once delivered or accessed
    • This includes software, licenses, downloads, digital files, and online services

✅ Exceptions

Refunds may be considered if:

    • The digital product is defective
    • The wrong digital product was delivered
    • Access was not provided due to a technical fault on our side
  1. Refund Method & Processing Time
    • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method
    • Payments are refunded through PayHere
    • Refund processing may take 7–14 working days, depending on banks and payment providers
  1. Order Cancellations
    • Orders can be cancelled before shipment or digital delivery
    • Once shipped or accessed, cancellation is not possible
    • Cancellation requests must be sent to info@mitechnica.lk
  1. Shipping Damage

If a physical product is damaged during delivery:

    • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item
    • Provide photos/videos of the damage and packaging
    • Claims reported late may not be accepted
  1. International Orders
    • Return shipping costs for international orders are generally non-refundable
    • Customs duties, taxes, and shipping fees are not refundable

We reserve the right to:

    • Reject refund requests suspected of fraud or abuse
    • Suspend accounts involved in repeated refund misuse
